The following are the rules or "Terms" that govern use of the Speeding Tickets Web site ("Site"). By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. Speeding Tickets reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site.

  Terms of Sale

1. All sales are final.

2. Open your envelope immediately upon arrival and inspect your tickets to make sure they are the correct seats for the correct date (some are upgraded for free), We can easily fix almost any mistake, please do not call us with these issues when we are closed or hours before an event when we would not have the opportunity or time to correct the situation.

3. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase tickets.

4. We accept orders by phone, please make a selection and call toll free.

5. We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard by phone or online.

6. Order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call during normal business hours of 9am-5pm Eastern Mon-Fri to confirm your order.

7. Emergency customer service is available to assist with any problems. Call the owners cell: 1(401)265-4050.

8. All prices listed are in US dollars.

9. Seat upgrades will always be the same date and time, a closer section, lower row and/or more to the center. If it is absolutely necessary for you to sit in a particular section for any reason, simply check NO on the order forms upgrade request question.

10. Due to the time sensitive nature of this business, no refunds will be given unless event is completely cancelled.

11. If an event is completely cancelled, refunds will be given for the amount charged to your credit card, less a 25% handling fee and any shipping charges. Tickets must be returned within 10 days after cancelled date or the refund is void.

12. It is very rare, but if an event is moved within a 50 mile radius of the original venue, it is not considered cancelled and there are no refunds. New tickets will be issued, usually the same quality and price structure or better, however we have no control over the promoters decisions on seating arrangements. If an event is moved, it is likely that the promoter wants more seating available, giving the original ticket purchasers priority.

13. Rescheduled dates, times, opening acts, change in actors or players for any reason including illness, injury, weather, vacation or act of terror are not considered cancellations. Your tickets will be honored for the new rescheduled date.

14. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets after they have been delivered, keep them in a cool, dry, safe place. We can not replace them. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets.

15. We are not responsible for missed events due to any change in time or dates after the order is placed. We make every effort to call and email our customers with postponement notifications, but we are not obligated to do this. Postponements can happen as late as the day of the event.  It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to verify that the date and time on his/her ticket is still valid. 16. We are licensed by The State of Rhode Island and The Town of Johnston as event ticket sellers. All prices are above the face value printed on the tickets. This premium covers the high costs involved with obtaining and distributing hard to find tickets for sold out events. In addition to the shipping and listed ticket price, there is a 12% service fee on most transactions, sometimes as little as $5 per ticket depending on the number of tickets. All fees are clearly shown on the final step of the purchase process for you to verify before confirming your purchase. Even with the fee, our tickets always are strategically priced lower than our toughest competitors.

17. Speeding Tickets is a private, independent licensed ticket agency. We are not affiliated with any venue, box-office, Ticketmaster® or Tele-charge®. Our business is buying and selling premium quality tickets for all Concerts, Broadway Shows, Sporting events and attractions. Our prices include service charges and reflect the cost of obtaining quality seating based on event, supply, demand and seating location.

1. You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than to review event and promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase tickets or merchandise for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by Speeding Tickets to do so.

2. The content and software on this Site is the property of Speeding Tickets and/or its suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

3. All information submitted to Speeding Tickets is kept confidential and secure.

4. Tickets will only be shipped to the billing address of credit card or a legitimate place of business.

5. You will never receive unsolicited email or phone calls.

6. Only the owner will view and process your credit card information.

7. This site secured and encrypted with VeriSign® The Value of Trust™.

8. Your computers IP address is digitally recorded and stamped with the time and date when your order is placed.

9. To intentionally submit a check card with insufficient funds over $500. is a Felony and a Federal offense. It is the equivalent of writing a fraudulent check and subject to similar fees and/or prosecution.

10. Identity theft and Internet fraud are serious Federal crimes. The unlawful use of a credit card through the internet is punishable by seizure of all personal property and up to 30 years in prison.

11. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be investigated and reported to your local police and the Federal Bureau of Investigations Department of Justice @ www.IFCCFBI.gov . All tickets are laser scanned at the door, they will be void and flagged as stolen. We will prosecute to the full extent of the law.

12. We do address verifications for every credit card. Orders that request delivery to an unverified address will require that we contact the actual owner of the credit card by phone. These phone numbers are obtained from sources other than the order itself.

13. An unauthorized credit card charge back after an order has been placed is known as friendly fraud or chargeback abuse, even if you are the owner of the card, it is theft and still fraud. We will dispute the chargeback with proof of delivery and, as required, file a report with the police and FBI and local police.

14. To threaten a chargeback to alter a seating location, purchase price or financial refund of any kind after an order is placed is a form of extortion, it is a felony and a Federal offense. We will notify your bank, our merchant service and the FBI. All phone calls and online orders are time stamped and digitally recorded for quality control.

15. Original orders processed in error, improper address, wrong phone number, declined or expired card, etc. will require that new order only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.

  Violation of the Terms

1. You understand and agree that in our sole discretion, and without prior notice, Speeding Tickets may terminate your access to the Site, cancel your ticket order or exercise any other remedy available and remove any unauthorized User Content, if Speeding Tickets believes that the User Content you provided has violated or is inconsistent with these Terms of Use violated the rights of Speeding Tickets, another User or the law.

2. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Speeding Tickets for violations of these terms and conditions and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. Speeding Tickets may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary or appropriate to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity.

3. Speeding Tickets is not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as a User because you have violated these Terms of Use.

  Disclaimers

1. Speeding Tickets does not promise that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the Site or any Content, search or link on it.

2. The Site and its Content are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Speeding Tickets cannot ensure that files you download from the Site will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features.

3. Speeding Tickets disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including also any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Speeding Tickets will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

5. Speeding Tickets makes no guarantee of any specific result from use of this Site or use of the Speeding Tickets service.

6. Speeding Tickets disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third party users, Speeding Tickets users, advertisers and/or sponsors on the Site, in connection with the Speeding Tickets service or otherwise related to your use of the Site and/or the Speeding Tickets service.

7. Speeding Tickets is not responsible for the products, services, actions or failure to act of any venue, performer, promoter or other third party in connection with or referenced on the Site.

8. Speeding Tickets may investigate the claim and take appropriate action, in its sole discretion.

  Limitation on Liability

1. Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Speeding Tickets be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Speeding Tickets has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  Disputes

1. If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, by using the Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

2. You agree to personal jurisdiction by venue in the state and Federal courts of the State of Rhode Island, City of Johnston.

  Indemnity

1. You agree to indemnify and hold Speeding Tickets, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site.
